Can any one tell me how to do a factory reset on SD5

From memory, press save, then reset (f7) then again to confirm.

Have last few days had full factory software reload on SD5 organised by Darren (problems L/H volumes, Pianist, and amp noise on switch on ) getting nowhere with help until Darren contacted Ketron (italy) and talked me thro downloaded reset.
Was panicking a bit thought previously that I was facing mega repair bill for parts etc.
Any problems with anything Guys ring Darren he,s the Man.
